Weekend Off roading video
 

My brother and I went off roading this weekend near Evan's Creek in WA. I took my 1997 4runner and he took is 2000 4runner (stock)

we didn't take that many pictures, we took some video though. here's a link to some videos that we took, some are kinda shaky and a little blurry, they were taken with a digital camera.

we didnt' do anything extreme, I was hoping to test out my rock sliders, but didnt' get a chance to.

Overall the trip was pretty fun, it was my first time there, i definetly need lockers, winch, skid plates, bigger tires and to get rid of my brush guard and get a real bumper. all will come in time.

I once had a nice Tacoma. Now I have a beat-to-hell tacoma courtesy of lockers, aftermarked bumpers, sliders and gears. Everytime I added a mod I would go and push my taco farther and farther. Trust me, if you got the money keep rock'n on but if it's even a remote issue, trust me, it ain't gonna pay off....I only wheel now when I'm going to and from hunting spots/mountain passes etc etc. There ain't a straight panel left on my once beautiful truck. Ahhhh well I guess my truck just has character now:) And bad gas mileage, and horrible stearing, squeaky cab mounts oh how the list goes on and on.
Note; I say this now, but tommorow, I'll probably go beat my truck up by driving some silly logging road into the Cascade mountains....It's an addiction the best way to win is not to start modding.
