Excellent pics.
Looks like a lot of fun.
Have not explored the Evan's area in quite a few years.

That burns me up about the Jeep guy.
Alcohol has no place on the trail.

Yeah. That was my first trip to Evan's Creek. I had to ride along due to my truck not being together. I'm excited about going up there again in a couple months.

I agree alcohol should not be off road. Although, those guys were really messed up. One even "lit up" in front of us!!! Scott asked: "Is that what I think it is??" And the guy said: "yes". Later we found out those guys had shot up a car parked to the side of the road. Too bad the rangers were not around.

I would be very tempted to turn them in if you have their plates.

Keep an eye on the trip planning section here, as a lot of the members here plan trips to Evans quite often.

Great pics! Too bad about the Drunks
Alcohol belongs in camp (if anywhere). not on the trail!
looks like you had a nice time despite the incident.

Great pics!

First time visiting your web site too. I have wheeled with some of those people on there. I will keep and eye on your events page and would like to tag along on the next Evan's Creek or even show you around, that is my backyard.

I will try to behave........

How did he manage to run into your friend's Taco? Did it do any damage? Maybe your friend should have kicked his ass for being drunk and stupid.

He was driving agressively (turning around on a steep hill) and his tire ripped apart his front brake line (no pressure). He didn't even react. No e-brake or anything. The tacoma which was in gear w/ brake set was pushed back 4-5ft. Had the taco not been there, he would have been over the mountain (too bad). Besides tweaking the bumper some, there was no visable damage. Thank God no one was infront of them. I don't know if my friend turned them in, but I suggested it. There isn't a lot you can do though. --- And they had guns (big ones).

We'll probably head back to Evan's in May or June. It's a beautiful area up there.
