Crozet, Virginia January 6th, 2007

I went wheeling out at Crozet, VA this past Saturday and had a great time! I would recommend anyone to run it at least once that has the chance. It is a very challenging park with a little something for everyone. I have pics and vids. The last several pics were a short damage tally on my 4Runner. Please post up any pics or whatever if you want explanations of what's happening or want to comment on something.

Videos Here

Thanks!

I don't think so but my paint is seriously shot anyway so I really didn't think about that too much. I actually put them on to take some attention away from the dents and cracked/rusted paint chips on the hood .

I do have a friend with an 03 Xterra and he put this huge Warn sticker on his hood. Later it started to fade and bubble so he took it off. He said it was a pain to get all the glue off but it looks just like it did before.

I'm gonna try to go again in February. It is very worth it (esp. since I am only 1.5 hours from there).

You wouldn't happen to have any directions or a website for that place would you? Do they charge any fees? Is there camping or anything like that allowed there?
Looks like you had fun. It's nice having a rig you don't mind beating up.. I miss my beater.

Haha.. This is my DD actually. I just don't mind a few dents here and there.

You can camp and sometimes (if there's enough interest) they do both Saturday and Sunday wheeling. It was $25 a day.. I didn't stay for Sunday so I don't know if they cut a break for staying both days. Here's the official forum for info: Crozet forum

If you're in VA you may want to check out our local club too: RVA Off Road We always have rides and stuff going on. I'm gonna try to go back to Crozet for the trail clearing on the 17th/
