Not much of a "wheeling trip" but went to Clinton lake Saturday and took a couple "trails" around there so I decided to take some pics. . .

Supposedly there's a nice mud trail somewhere around the lake. I haven't taken the time to look for it though

I was traveling cross country way back and I stayed in a motel just outside of Topeka. I had 2 surfboards on the top of my car (locked on) and when I came out the next morning the locks were cut and the boards were gone.
I swear I remember the cop telling me they might end up on Clinton Lake. But that was a long time ago.

is there a lot of wheeling in KS?

That sucks man. I'm originally from Colorado so don't put me in with the Kansas group :D. I wonder why they would end up at Clinton Lake?

This is only the second time I've been there in my 10 years in Kansas; even though its only about a 30 minute drive. The first was for fishing, and then this last one.
