What are the best roads for intermediate? I am experienced, but I dont want to deal with big rocks, but I like steepness, and bumps. No big rocks because no protection, small lift. 31" BFG All Terrain T/A

Any other tips, like how to stay out of peoples way, how to avoid the crowds, and most importantly, how to avoid coming upon something I dont want to try (big rocks) with no way to turn around.
