Baja, Pt. San Jose to Cabras Lots of PIX
Usually I don't share pictures of Baja or release information on where I go, but,
I went to a pretty heavily visited area this time, and its not much of a secret, so heres some pictures.
First up is Pt. San Jose. Pretty much NNW of the small town of Santo Tomas. Roads have improved greatly since my last visit 7 years ago...which in turn seemed it attract even more people. (surfers that is). Good pointbreak but wasn't really happening. Swell wasn't big enough. Notice there is a guy that camped about 4" from my front bumper. Yeah. weird.
Then we trekked down to Pt. Cabras. The road was pretty bad, which was really fun actually. Some deep sand, rocks and steep hills!
This is when my swaybar decided to break for the 3rd time, then hitting my CV boot and spewing CV grease everywhere. Gotta love it. Luckily I brought all my tools.
Pt. Cabras
Anyways, it was a fun trip, but, we had to cut it short because the surf sucked so bad.
My rear platform worked great. First time I got to use it. Stuffed all sorts of stuff underneath and also got to sleep on it. Great!

nice pics! I really need to do some Baja trips, hopefully when my son is a little older we can do some father/son surf trips down there. Sorry to hear the surf was lacking.

Carrier was actually a PIA to camp with.
I dealt with it and it was okay. At least I had a spare tire, cause without one, Id be pretty screwed.
