Anybody know WinRar well?

Does anybody know WinRar really well? If you do, how does one stop it from compressing downloaded email attachments?

i would think the download is already compressed before you try to open it if winrar is trying to open it

It didn't do that till I installed the full version of WinRar......

There has to be a setting in there somewhere.
I run WinWar too, I like it much better than Winzip.
Never had it try and compress any email attachments in my Outlook 2003 when I receive them.

It only does it with my Yahoo email for some reason. I've looked under settings for a way to disable the automatic compression of attachments, but I can't find anything. And I agree that WinRar is better than Winzip
