Update from the boss:
Hey, just a quick update:
Around 8:30ish we're going to give a short safe winching course and a demonstration of an ARB Bush Ranger X-jack (I hope someone brings an 80 )
Of course, in addition to some hot Starbucks coffee, Shipleys donuts and some great swag, it wouldn't be complete without a little raffle action!
So, everyone will get a free ticket for a raffle which will include the following items:
[*]Toyota Gear Bag
[*]Collapsible Entrenching Tool
[*]Trail Teams Leatherman tool
[*]Coleman Pack-away Camp Lantern
[*]Coupon for a free oil change (any vehicle, non-synthetic)
...and from our Go Overland! Video Library a copy of Bill Burke's classic instructional video "Getting Unstuck". It really is a must see for everyone, from newbie to trail veteran.
Also, as a way of saying thanks for coming out on what promises to be a brisk morning, Phil has marked down a bunch of very cool recovery items that will be sold at rock-bottom prices only during the swap meet!
Remember that this is "non-denominational", so all of our off-road friends are welcome and encouraged to attend no matter what they drive! Also, clean out your garage and bring something to swap or sell... one man's junk is another man's treasure.
Looking for forward to seeing everyone at 8ish!
Best Regards,
Chris
