OK, now that I know there's guys in my area that can build bumpers, help me!

I have NO welding or fab skills, but I do finally have a little $$$ after finally getting disability. I need a rear bumper for my 2" BL 94Runner first and foremost- then a front one as well! Heck, if I can get a deal I'll even "let" someone weld on my sliders that have been sitting in my garage for aout a year now LoL

Anyone? Beuller? Beuller?

Any and all help would be more than appreciated as I don't want to travel 100 miles just to leave my truck, drive 100 miles home, then back...yadda you get the picture.

I PM'd Mike to see if he still does bumpers as his are awesome and VERY local to me.

Just throwing in my 4:30AM ramble

seaflea, I love going to Wilmington and would be willing to take a trip down there to get a rear bumper made (amongst other reasons). I think I PM'd Mike, but haven't heard back yet; he must be one busy man!

What road do you live on seaflea? I've lived in Wilmington 3 times now and am pretty familiar with the area. So why don't you let me shack up with you while my bumper's being made!
Actually I'm thinking of camping out- that was my plan regardless of getting a bumper done. I tenatively plan on heading that way sometime between the 19-23rd.

I guess the best way to find out about this is to talk to him instead of posting up here. Could you let him know I'm one cool jive mo-fo for me

Rusty,
I live about 2 miles North of Carolina Beach. Mike is VERY busy right now. he is starting to get a garage built that he can work out of. I dont think it will be finished until July. My rig was supposed to be one of the first in there for some major front end work, but it has to wait until he gets his rig taken care of now. Looks like I will be waiting for a while.

let me know what youre plans are for that weekend you are coming down, maybe we could hook up and do some wheeling on the beach!

Rear bumper, first gen

I just finished putting on a lockout strut so the swingout doesn't smash into the rear quarter panel.
