That turned out very nice. How long did it take you to put it together?

Looks good! Clean and simple. I kinda like the utilizing of factory turn signals opposed to LEDs.

Not bad !!

At 20 hours plus materials and people wonder why bumpers are so expensive .

Exactly, obviously the next one would take less, but still not an afternoon job

Did you design the bumper in a program or just use cutouts? Also did you have them bent and cut by a shop or do it with a grinder? Looks awesome!

Definitely nice and tasteful! May we know what LED pods are those? How's the spread and cut-off? You happy with them? TIA!

It weighs about 80 lbs. I have about $100 in it that's with lights, but I have a fab shop so I had most material already, if I were to buy it all I would say I would have about 200 to 250 in it.

there eBay ones lol, think about 3500 lum a piece, they spread very well, on a dark back road they light it up like day time, very nice for seeing them pesky deer before they run out in front of me

It was all designed in my head, piece by piece, I have a fab shop so I sheared the pieces out on the old iron worker.
