Wheeling Saturday

I am taking my Runner up Saturday...was thinking about going to St. Marys or Downieville area to wheel. This is the first time I will have my Runner up to wheel ( although I had owned a Jeep for the last 10+ years and wheeled the hell out of that).

A buddy of mine is also going with his new FJ...if anyone would like to fumble around with us, we were going to meet at the Best Buy Denver West at 6:30AM Saturday and headup. Since this is a new rig to me, I'm going to take it easy but if anyone is interested in tagging along it could be fun..or very crappy...or if you have suggestions for good areas about an hour out of Denver, I'm open.

Trip Planning

Ric-your right! I missed this one. On a simialr note, I would be interested in joining a Colorado club- I'm selling my house so my open time should become more free!

Any word as to how this is going to go?

I was also thinking, being as this is a 'Colorado club', and we are all so proud of being in the Mile- High city, has anyone thought about "5280 4runner Club" or something like it. Just a thought I had.

Since it sounds like we are going for Rocky Mountain 4ROC; how about having the RM in large letters with 4ROC in smaller (half the font size of RM) running across it.

While I was thinking about that one I came up with another...

Have 'Rocky Mountain' forming the top portion of a circle, 'Offroad Club' forming the bottom section of the circle and '4Runner' going through the center of the circle. I will try and post up a design and if anyone wants to post up their interpretations based on my description, please, feel free!

something as in RM formed with mountains and 4roc underneath? hmm could be easily done in illustrator by converting RM into paths and creating new points in the paths to pull and shape.
