Question slow to start after its hot

hey everyone im new to this site but have had lots of wheeling experience and very little computer time. I recently purchased a 85 fourrunner with a 22re and am having problems with it starting if not ran for a day or so it starts great but after it has been ran and is hot takes a lot of turns for it to crank any help would be great

You, my friend, have the symptoms of a leaky/leaking/blown head gasket. When the motor warms up, pow, the coolant leaks in... easiest way to tell is to pull your plugs and look at em. Tell us what you find.

what should the plugs look like ?changed them the other day and they looked like they had a lot of carbon buildup the temp seems to run fine but? I thought it may be the coil or something to do with the ignition but thanks What would be a good price for someone to redo the head if its messed?

finally found problem, fuel pressure leaking somewhere done the bypass thing from the 4crawler site works like a charm no blown gasket ready to try to make a trip to uwharrie with some locals thanks for the help
