Anyone know whose 4runner this is?

hey im in the charlotte/matthews area in NC. i was in the arboretum yesterday(8/13) and i saw a green 3rd gen 4runner. it had a lift, rock crawlers and buckshot tires. anyone in this area recognize it? it was a sweet looking runner.
