I could come down on Sunday if anyone will still be around. I was trying to go down there Sunday already, just with my dad and I, but if any of yall will be down there, it'll be even better. Someone who is for sure gonna be down there, shoot me a cell number and I'll give yall a ring if I'm coming and we'll try and meet up. Preferably someone who's cell phone works there, not all companies get reception down there, I know Verizon does.

not me, the weather was terible and I ended up working that morning. I'm gonna try next Sunday for sure, I need a mud and rock fix before they close up for the winter.

Saving to take this guy to a small claims court to hopefully get $3000-$3500 and him paying for my court costs. (Transmission guy)

When I take off from the line in D its 1st to 4th. Sometimes 1st to 3rd to 4th. Cannot go over 2500 rpms. So after I get off the line and into 4th, I shift manualy to 2 to pick up speed and then back into D to cruise. Lots of clanking noises, VERY hard/rough engagements from P ro D, D to R, R to D. The transmission just doesnt function right. It does not pull the truck at all. You can hear the engine straining/overworking to pull it, even accellerating in 2. After struggling to get to a 55-60...maybe 65 MPH range, the A/T Oil Temp. light in my gauge cluster will come on within 30 miles. Rediculous isint it? The transmission failed to fuction correctly throughout the ENTIRE warranty period also still malfunctioning after the warranty period. This would be the 2nd time after the warranty I would have to go back because my ring gear broke when someone at Mr. Transmission was driving it, RIGHT after they put a new valve body in the transmission because we think that might be the problem....a valve sticking in the valvebody. So hopefully I can get my money back.

Also, when I idle in P there is a rough clanking sound....a hard rattling coming from under the hood on the driverside. Sounds like its in my wheel well or something.

One last thing, I have this crazy theory. I still have rough idle sometimes, the engine will sputter and die once in a while when I start it up. Hot or cold. Could it be possible that my CPU/ECU is wacked? I keep throwing a TPS code, but the TPS is fine. So if the computer is throwing a TPS code, would that make it shift incorrectly even if the TPS is working?

Phew, needed to get that out. Thats whats going on right now.

There's not all that much action here anymore either. It was going strong for a long time but it's died off after some people sold their rigs and others have been under construction for over a year, cough, Jeremy, cough.

The most action we get into is the SE4RJ in the spring and our Fall Colors run. Your more than welcome to join up on any runs or set something up there up, I'd come to Virginia in a heart beat if you know some places to go. I'm only 30mins from the VA border.

PM me if your serious, I'm bringing a friend of mine who has been begging me to take her "wheel'," since high school. I'd like to hit the harder stuff and test my new tires and your sliders pretty well. I've got to run 14 miles that morning, but I would be up for leaving sometime around 10:30 or so and be back before dark. But a good couple hours in the park at least.
