Matt,
Are you in the Fairfax or Richmond area?

Yea, you're right VA4Roc has sort of scattered. I think some guys have moved or priorities have changed due to personal, family reasons. If you're up in Fairfax, I'm also a member of CORE4x4 and ride with them.

We're returning to the Dolly Sods area of West Virginia on Oct. 9, it's a weekend trip.

I think we're also doing a day run to GWNF on Sept. 24 as well.

Take care and looks us up if you're nearby.

I met a lot of the VA TTORA guys at Takeover. Why don't you want to wheel with them?

oh its not that i dont want to wheel with them. Its that thier rigs are much more built than mine and I dont want to burden them with my rigs incapabilites.

huh??? what is wrong with your ride??? Maybe some better rubber, but come on. Get some shackle hangars and a good tow strap. Wheel with other people and you will be fine. You have replaced and upgraded almost everything that could break or go wrong.
Richmond has a much slower pace than NoVa. Depending on your schedule and my baby, we can finish your ride and wheel the piss out of it.

I would like to do both. My schedule is a little up in the air. We finally got our shirts back form the printer and are working on the website. However, we need a break. Let try to plan GWBF before the CORE event. This way we can get some seat time before a group event...

Hey Jon,
How ya doing? The Sept. 24 GWNF run was mentioned at the last meeting, but I don't see it listed under the "Upcoming Events" on the website. I'll check and if the Sept. 24 run is still on, I'll post the details here.
