1989 V-6 fuel filter

Can someone please let me know how to change the fuel filter in my 1989 V-6 4 runner? I was told it was fairly difficult. And can you recommend a filter?

Napa or factory. Use some line wrenchs as they work the best. If should be on the frame rail on the passenger side. Make sure you have some gloves as gas will leak out.

What do you suggest. I usually go with toyota parts. But if there's isn't any difference I like to save all the $$ I can.
