If you paid via credit card, you can dispute the charges with your bank.

If you paid via Paypal, you can dispute the charges with paypal.

I am not advocating disputing anything, I do not know who is right or wrong nor will I take a side. Just giving out information.

I will try that. I always figured disputes were if there was a charge on your account that you didnt make. Thanks for the advice guys!

Only 1 bikini top order for July 6, if that is the date you ordered. According to that order date and account record, the order was cancelled via email by the customer on Aug 13 and subsequently refunded on a Wednesday, Aug 15, when refunds are processed according to my posted policies on the website and agreed upon when your order is checked out. Cancelled and refunded orders are sent emails automatically by the website and the processor when cancelled and CCd to me. If there is some other issue, you can email me and I'll be glad to look at it, but I won't be replying to this thread again.

Ok. I will be privately emailing wab fab again and calling my bank. If my bank messed this up i will be back on this thread to apologize. However an email three months ago tellig me a refund has been issued could have prevented this. If i am in the wong i will man up and admit it. I will update as soon as i talk to my bank and hopfully wab fab.

I hate computers. 3rd time to type this out.

Issues with the processors should now be resolved. Fixed another similar order for another customer this morning so now just waiting on the OP. My apologies for the hassle.

If you have an issue with an order, simply reply to your order comfirmation email as that email is secure and will accept all generated replies. Thanks.
