So I called Marlin crawler today since I noticed they still havent billed me, turns out the site only got the last 4 number of my card haha.

Well after that was fixed about 10 min later they call back and ask me for the year and stuff.

Ive heard of people never getting through but when i called, they picked up on the 2nd ring, guess i was lucky.

The customer service there is great. Said they were going to ship my clutch kit out today, sweet.

I ordered the hd shifter seat from them too and it took almost 2 weeks to get. I sent a few emails too and didn't get a response until after the parts showed up.

Hopefully its because they are backed up and busy

I remember ordering my shifter bushings from them and it got to my house in like 2-3 days. Must be really busy/backed up lately...like some "other" companies apparently.

it would seem that marlin has slowed down a bit in the past month or so, but i find thier products to be wroth...in my opinon i would place marlin on the top of the list for parts qaulity.also i can say that their customer service has greatly increased in the past year. lastly i find their new website to glicthy and have spoken to them about it. so when ordering from them i find it best to call.

My biggest issue with them is that things are frequently on back order, sometimes for months. I think their parts are the best, but you can only wait so long...

It does seem like people often have trouble getting a response from them, too. I think calling is the best, but if they don't respond to pm's, post in the "product support" section of the forum, and you'll get a response in a couple days.

Hard to do buisness with a company that flat out lies to you

My only winter vehicle is broke down and I am driving my mustang with no top 60 miles to work in -22 degree weather

Makes me mad as hell

I had an issue with them regarding one of their clutches. I ordered one for my 22re and they sent me one for a v6. There I was, middle of nowhere, post office 20 miles away, tranny on the floor and the WRONG CLUTCH. So, I call and they say "says 22re right here" I said, yes, thats what I need and thats not what I got. They overnighted me the right clutch and filled the box with stickers and a T shirt. They made things right fast enough and apologized and handled it that minute.
That was the only problem I ever had with Marlin.
