Marlin Crawler
In 2001, I chose Marlin Crawler for my dual case adapter.
1. Delivery was late by a week, not bad for Marlin
2. The product was complete, ready to install w/ no missing or damaged parts. The provided instructions were clear and easy to follow. It was relatively easy to install as long as you have the proper tools, a welder is required to complete the install.
3. After two full years of use, I don't know how anyone can wheel a 4 cyl Toy without one. The versatility dual cases provide over a single t'case, even one w/ 4:1 or other gear set, is unbeatable. Having a true 2 wheel low range is a great general trail gear, and even a moderate 109:1 final drive will allow to to cruz thru hard trails.

Agreed, good place to go. My order took longer though (was quoted 1-2 weeks, ended up taking thirteen weeks), and was stalled for a few weeks because of bad handwriting on the paperwork. Still, everything was there and everything went together beautifully. Wasn't billed until it was out the door. Despite the delay I'd definitely buy from them again, just plan far ahead.

I too a agree that Marlin is a stand up guy. I have made several purchases from his shop in the last 5-6 years, and everytime I have felt well taken care of.

That's good to hear, I just put in a pretty good order with him for crawler box, brake lines, skid plate, axle rebuild etc.
I'm stoked to get his products on my truck.

This is quite a company. I spent some time on the phone with Dean and he was very helpful getting the stuff ordered I needed for my Trekker. The first of a couple shipments came today and after spending about 3K dollars with them in 2 phone calls, I was SWAGGED! with some freebies and just outstanding service.
So much so, I'm headed to the Roundup in September. I will post some reviews in time of the individual stuff I ordered, like the crawl box, tube doors, and stuff like that.
I just want to give props to the bizz...1st class all the way.

Marlin Crawler rocks!
Big props to the guys at Marlin and especially Dave! He helped out alot when figuring out what I needed to get for my auto-crawler.
I called him again last week, because the non-reusable c-clips are available from Toyota in 6 different thicknesses. They knew exactly what I needed and were cheaper than Toyota too.

You guys gotta realize...90% of the people here will never need Marlin for anything. 
But if they do, great place to do business with anytime on anything.

The service is good, no doubt. Dave is always a pleasure to deal with.
If only the products were as great.
A year after buying my first adaptor and leaking every day for that year I got a new adaptor. We are tearing down the tranny to make sure it didn't take a dump too.

Why did you let it go a year?? Mine leaked at first and just retightened the bolts down. No leaky...

I think his is/was a coupler problem (auto crawler) - it's one they haven't figured out how to fix in manufacturing (because they offer a band-aid solution for it - freeze plug epoxied into center of coupler) There are pics of this fix in my 1UZ thread.

It was not a tight thing.
I have a new adaptor, not sure if you have seen those yet Mike. Looks like the right way to deal with things.
They sent it free, but it was a year late in some respects.
Every time I have had the chance to get something from Marlin, I have.
