Bad Experience at Shockwarehouse.com

I managed to break the stem off my OME nitrocharger on my 3rd gen 4runner. wanting to go with something closer to the Sonoran Steel 1.2 package i rustled up some new coils and proceeded to search out springs. i found the best deal for a set of Bilstein 5150's on shockwarehouse.com.

Problem is that i placed the order on June 5th and was told they would be arriving in 5-10 business days. 1 to 2 weeks. on the 11th business day i shot them an email. no response. a few days later i left a message on their machine. no response. a few more days, another call and nothing. now it's been more than a month since i order my products and i got an email YESTERDAY july 11th that the order was shipping by the end of the business day and i could expect them by friday. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.

I have during this process spoken with another member who had a similar experience. i'll let him tell his end.
