Joe is awesome
I just wanted to give props to Joe for the way he is doing business. I received all the parts I ordered from him for my swap into an 84 Runner yesterday, and they look great! I will not have time for the install for a bit, but I want to commend Joe on his excellent communication, very fair prices, and terrific knowledge of what is involved in this endeavor. As one of the many that were ripped off by Brian at TDswaps, this is all so refreshing. I hope to post when I begin the install, I can't wait!

Price Increase
After the end of the month, prices will be evaluated and adjusted on all products. Steel has gone up significantly and is still on the rise. Current prices are good thru May 31st. I expect a 5-10% increase on certain products as of June 1st.

Just a quick update since I haven't posted on here for a while. My new website is www.doomsdaydiesel.net
I have all parts required to do the 22R to OM617 swap. The only thing I'm lacking for the 22RE swap is the throttle cable adapter. I'm currently working on a 3.0 V6 swap to get all the parts available for you to do that swap. I'm also building a 4BT CUCV for Real Truck Challenge, so time is precious, as it always seems to be. Looking to sell all my cattle here in the near future which will help free my time up tremendously.
I will also be creating a build thread with pics/videos for the V6 swap.

Finishing up my V6 swap, finally. V6 power steering pump brackets are now available to order. Throttle cable brackets and motor mounts are being prototyped and are currently on order from the laser cutter. Really looking forward to getting this project wrapped up so I can focus on my Easter Jeep Safari build.
Other products coming soon are a new variation of the W56 to OM617 motor mount. These will raise the motor up approximately 1" higher than the others, allowing use of the stock mechanical fan at the sacrifice of little bit higher CoG. I am also working on a custom skit plate/adjustable tranny mount for use with the OM617 to W56 and dual transfer cases. I will likely come out with an adjustable R150 tranny mount, later on, without the dual transfer case mounts since that is less common. Custom Doomsday flywheels are also in the works. Will be offering different weights and whichever center bore and bolt pattern you want. No more flywheels with 18 holes if you don't want them. Working towards a 40 lb. flywheel to compliment the diesel engines.
If they ever decide to release the Cummins R2.8, my efforts will immediately be shifted towards that to get some Toyota conversion kits out for it as quick as humanly possible.

Wondering if you could post a pic of how the oil pan is in relation to the solid axle. Im running unimog axles and the 22re at the moment. It works but I'm pretty tall due to the rear sump and the pinion/drive shaft. The pinion is pretty centered compared to a standard axle. With the OM617 and the forward sump I'm wondering if it will clear the axle in the front. I have the engine and adapter already but its in storage and I deploy to the Middle East soon so I can't take measurements right at this time.
Image is ˟˟˟˟ty but you can see how the pinion is just slightly off center.

I've launched a new website at www.doomsdaydiesel.net
Things are growing exponentially. I now offer nearly every part you could want for your OM617 swap. I'm still working on a few more goodies for the OM617 swap, and am now working on additional engine conversion kits for other popular diesels.
