so I had this customer that wanted a custom bed ...
he liked the idea of a custom bed but didnt want it to be stock .. 1 off moulds are very expencive , so I swayed him to another manufacture for the sides ..... he finally decided on a set of sides from "another manufacture" , and I had them shipped to me .
I built a 1 off bed for him ..
NOT the best pieces I have worked with ... and believe me they needed some work to get them here ... but got er' done .
another 1 off custom .

Keep Up the good work.
My brother in law ordered you rear quarters for the 1st Gen Runner.
What a Perfect Fit. and a beautifuly crafted piece of work.
Install was very easy, everything just feel right into place.

How difficult is it to attach the fiberglass 4runner sides?
How well do they seal out the elements?
Is the wheel well lip up any higher than stock? how much?
Does the Passenger side incorporate the fuel filler and door?
Looks good.

seal out the elements ? I dont get it .. they dont leak .
wheel well is stock , just 3" 's wider ... they are also stock , so you could even put a bushwacker flare on the flare ..if you wanted.
Passenger side incorporates the fuel filler as stock ... you would use your stock door , and inner hardware .
Pinnacle posted a link to a runner we did late last year .. 13 days from start to finish ..1 GUY . hard part on the 1/4r's is removing the old ones .. really .

Quarter Install
What do you do if half the seam weld is rotted out?(1 foot infront and behind the wheel opening) And the wheel house isnt all there.(rotten at the back side)
Replace the pieces or something else?
Thanks
Joe

CJ is one helluva guy and an incredible 'glass' man!! I bought a 4 pin hood and smoothie cowl, plus a pair of fiberglass front flared fenders. His work is top notch and his Customer Service is top notch! I *HIGHLY* recommend doing business with him because of what he turns out and how he supports his customers! Here is a picture of my 1st Gen runner donning his high quality craftsmanship:
I wouldn't go to anyone else when it comes to Fiberglass!
