750 mile drive on 35s,dual r1fa cases and 5.71s ,reliability? precautionary measures?

Hi I've been away from the forums but I'm back with a general question on reliability of aftermarket parts and precautionary measures I should take before embarking on my journey.
For a quick summary my truck is a 1995 4runner with a 3.4 swapped motor and trans (newer r150f) adapter to dual r1fa trans cases(leaky and make a ching ching noise in 4wd above 15mph) leaky rear diff with an Arb air locker and 5.71 ring gear. Solid axle swapped with hydraulic assist.
I've never driven here farther than 75 miles let alone 750.
I've also got a good 2wd v6 auto 1995 4runner rear diff laying around
I live at my workshop in ny and I'm moving to nc within the next month so I'd like to get her 110% for the journey
I'm going to put new wheel spacers and front and rear wheel bearings.
Comp check the motor, possible timing belt &water pump
I'd like to swap the 2wd 3rd member in but I don't know if they are compatible? ??
I'm very tempted to overhaul the trans cases to get rid of the leak however I've never done this before, which has never stopped me before but some wizdom from you yotatechers would be much appreciated.

Red face

Take lots of gear oil with you !!

Stop often and check things.

How loud are those tires at 45 to 55 mph ?? Ear Plugs maybe??

Plan to take the scenic route or Interstates ??

These tires are actually awesome on the highway,
I'm just starting tearing the truck apart last night,
Got the transmission down and on the bench, ill be taking that to be pressure washed today and I've got brand new everything going in over the next week ,new spacers, new rear wheel bearings, a loaded knuckle kit with new wheel bearings, new trailgear tapped box, high output pump, ram assist kit , a ton of russel fittings and line, 2wd 95 4runner tank (+2" ckearance) , new fuel pump and top hat, I'm going to rebuild the rear case with marlin crawler r1fa gasket set, water pump and timing belt on the 5vz, and I'll also be picking up a full size spare god forbid of any blowouts, then I'll be repainting the undercarriage with 2 gals of por-15, fixing up the skull camo and adding shark mouths to the sides like the ww2 bombers.

Your post sounds like you have answered your own question already. Good luck.

X2, on carry extra gear oil; that is if you do not fix the leak first, which is probably easier then everything else you are currently doing.

I believe the 2wd 3rd member is smaller. I want to say it's a 7.5" ring gear instead of 8".

I wouldn't be overly concerned about the drive, Toyota's are damn solid as long as you keep oil in them. I'd check the drivetrain for metal shavings, top off the fluids and relax.
