Defeat/Lock Ethanol Sensor

2017 Tundra 5.7l ffv 4x4
Ethanol reading is 30% but never used ethanol (only normal 10%). I tried to clear it by unhooking battery overnight and also touching pos. and neg. cables for 20 seconds. Either that failed to clear it or the sensor/computer immediately went back to 30% on start up.
Is there a way to defeat the sensor? Or can the sensor be locked as a number, such as 5%? I doubt the dealer will be eager to do so but if I just bring the truck back in every week if the sensor once again starts reading high maybe he will just do it.

Also I have read one account that there is not a sensor but the computer just reads the out put of the oxygen sensors. Anyone had a ethanol sensor replaced?
BTW, I have no intention of using E85 or greater. I would also like to get it fixed so it does not revert to faulty readings thus resulting in poor gas mileage while out of State.
