How to fix bowed/bent bed?
Has anyone had this happen?
My 93 2wd bed is bowed out so that its rubbing up against the cab ( not badly, but its close enough that when theres flex it does rub)
My guess is when I was hauling gravel or something the load shifted and pushed that front bed wall out and made it bubble out like that.
I'd be interested to see if anyone else has had this problem and how they fixed it. Ill try to add photos after work.

If you mean the header part of the bed, I would just give it a good tug or even a come along on it with some pulling on it to where it needs to be. For the sheet metal part, I have just used a hammer and dolly to get it bent back to shape as close a possible.
The top part of the header is bolted in but the bottom is spot welded, if you want to replace it from another bed.
