And good luck carrying a K-Bar type on your belt. I would suggest you contact some legal authority on that before you tell a cop a guy on this forum said it was OK.
The company that made the knife should be pressed into the blade by the hilt. Looks a lot like an aviation survival knife. That is not a WWII Kabar (as in traditional Marine KaBar), they never had a saw edge of the top of the blade. Only in the last few years could you get a kabar even with a serated portion of the blade.

looks like one of those "rambo " knives. kinda like the one in the 1st rambo movie. i had one of those as a kid waaaaay back then. tho i could be mistaken - it's been known to happen ...
