I took it back over the Scott at BigHorn Graphics again and we re-did the hood. I dig it now.
I ended up deciding to hold off on the Diamond front for a while. I ended up selling it to a customer for an install and figured I would run with a stock housing until I feel like making the jump.
I added a winch, and built the front 3rd. Spartan locker and 5.29s ready to go.

Mini-me grew up this week. I literally haven't taken squat for pics during the actual build process. We've all seen SAS procedure pics, so I won't bore you with those.
FWIW, its running TG 3" rear springs and TG 3" front springs with the 3rd leaf removed. I've never liked how tall the TG 3" front springs are. This puts it level with the rear. I figure its going to settle a couple inches more anyway. I also need to add the winch, a custom set of sliders, and the rear bumper/tire carrier. When its all said and done it should be a low rider.
I pretty much built it in the evenings at the shop after normal work was done. I started wednesday night and finished it with Hunter today and showed him how to completely assemble the front axle.
So far, its now got the 5.29s F&R, Yukon Grizzly in the rear, and Yukon Spartan up front. Dirty 30s, cromoly hub gears, etc.
The duals and 4.7s will be installed sometime in the next couple weeks. Then, we'll start working on a cage, sliders, and the tire carrier.
Here are the after pics.
