Your tacoma is looking nice. We need to get together agian sometime and go on another trip out foster or something. Also didnt you have a coilover spacer before? Or not? If you did have one would you be interested in selling it? Im still looking to get some more clearence in the front, but not really wanting to spend a couple hundered dollars on a whole new swt up because there is quite a few things I need to fix. Most important being the hot start issue that appearently is pretty common with the 2.7 motor

That Taco's looking sweet. Your custom front bumper's a work of art, no bull.

Gotta love Tacos...we never got them this side of the pond. Looks very similar to the 5th gen. Hilux. Are parts interchangeable? I'm referring to the nose - fenders, hood, bumper and grille etc.

Well guys let's start this back up. If you all remember I traded my tacoma for a 85 4runner. Within the last month I traded my 4runner for a 1985 pickup. Then 3 days ago I traded that 85 pickup for my Ole tacoma back. So i will now start this thread back up. Hope you guys chime in on it and I'll upload some pics and tell ya what's been done since I traded it off

Okay to refreshin everyone's memory here's the truck and specs.

1998 Toyota Tacoma SR5
2.7 engine 155,000 miles
5spd trans
4wd

3" body Lift
Custom rear springs
Sway away coil overs with a 1" spacer

Custom front bumper built by me
Badlands 12000 pound winch
35/12.50r15 Mastercraft courser MXT
Procomp soft 8's
Dual exhaust

Few other things I'm forgetting.

Since I traded it off it was painted with Spray on BedLiner. General maintenance and a diff drop added. The gear ratio has been lowered and that's about it. The frame has also been cleaned, painted, and rust proofed.

Here's some pics I took today

Why restart the thread? You're just gonna trade this truck for something else in the next month or so

Looks like the PO took good care of it.

winch

You still have this rig? How do you like the badland winch? I'm considering getting one because I understand its the best bang for the buck. Also what coil over setup did you go with?
