extended steel braided brake lines
diff drop kit
ARB air locker in the rear with compressor and on board air kit (no pics of that)
Then on to tires and wheels.

$600 for 5 tires mounted and balanced
Yakima road warrior roof rack with extension and spare tire mount
Clear corners
Clear blinkers
Noise maker, good sound but not too loud:
Trip to pismo beach went swimmingly, almost. Sand storm right as we were setting up tents prevented us from camping so we rented a beach house.
Girls and their selfies.. Get outta the way!!

Then came tahoe. snow wheeling in virgin powder, reeeeaaaalll fun:

Plowing
Next came the cheap-o rock sliders ($219 I think)
Fabbed up some nice gussets outta 3/16 mild steel. The sliders didn't seem strong enough by themselves.
VERY STRONG NOW!!
Decided to do a clutch while it was on the rack. Along with all fluids and rear diff service. ARB was taking a long time to lock up. Turns out the o-rings failed and the air line was full of oil. Got some new ones in there and works like a charm now.
Went to visit a friend in Portland OR, hit up browns camp for some guns and wheeling.
thats it for now!

Hey awesome truck man! I have a 99 limited and I was looking into almost the exact same upgrades as you. If you wouldn't mind sharing, how much was the toytec lift. And were the rims and tires only 600?

Clutch would smell pretty bad when slipped on the trail or towing my boat, arb o-ring failed but not catastrophic, locker solenoid leaks occasionally, but other than that not a problem in the world. I need to take out and brake more stuff for an excuse to upgrade more components but she never ceases to amazing every time I test her.

Went to Hollister this weekend, waiting for Scotty from Addicted Offroad to get back from Moab so he can build me some bumpers... I definitely needed them this weekend. Had to use my spare tire to get out of a hole. That ditch took me about 45 mins to get through. Really fun day.

Exciting news!
My bumpers showed up today, after 8 miserable weeks of being completely left out of the loop. Thanks to Scotty from Addicted Off-road for putting up with my constant emails. A little more communication would have been appreciated but they are here and they are purty.
Also have a Warn M8000 w/ synthetic rope to accompany these bad larrys.

update:
Mounting lightbar/switches for light bars
36" fit perfect inside the yamika roof rack
Zombie = roof, Fog = bumper
found a hole under the roof rack that works perfect:
powder coat:
welding on front cross beam (as per scotty at addicted) for added strength when winching:
next came fitting warn M8000. really tight fit, lucky I got the M8000 instead of VR8000 (control head is smaller) as I dont think the VR would fit.
bumper light bar:
had to modify warn control head bracket to fit with grill installed
getting there
all done, time to service: timing belt/oil change/brakes/shoe adjustment/tire rotation
absolutely loving this front end
service position
probably should have done the timing belt first AND THEN the bumper with a big stinger, but this worked pretty well
aiming light bars
no pictures but i put in heavy front springs to support bumper/winch sits nice and high in the front now.
and these are the last pics (no roof light bar cause I was waiting for brackets).
hoping to get someone to take proper pics soon as mine dont really do it justice
all done. enjoy. I know I do.
