I've decided to sell my bike. Although I've never rode it I'm thinking this bike is too much for a beginner like me. I bought it from my cousin who bought it new. He was obsessed with the bike but couldn't afford the payments when he lost his job so he sold it to me in January 2003. It's been babied all it's life. He used to spend hours wiping it down after riding. Since January 2003 it's been in the living room of my apartment, no garage for this bad boy. My cousin also kept it in his living room. He only rode on perfect days.

The bike has 3,700 miles on it and is in excellent condition. There is one mark on the rear where a lamp fell on it but you can barely see it. This bike has a transferrable Yamaha factory warranty which is fully transferrable. The bike is under warranty till 2006. The original owner paid an extra $475 for this. The total purchase price was well over $9000.

I bought this bike with every intention of riding. Knowing I'm inexperienced I also bought a full set of Intuitive sliders which consists of frame sliders, a clutch slider, swing arm sliders, and bar ends. None of these have been installed so the fairing hasn't been cut.

Aside from that there is a smoked windscreen and various anodized misc. pieces. It comes with the stock windscreen and a radiator grill to prevent rocks from flying up and damaging the radiator. I haven't installed that either.

If anyone is interested I'm willing to trade this bike for a clean low mile '98+ Tacoma 4x4 X-Cab with the V6 engine. In certain conditions I may give them some cash as well if it's an exceptional truck. Let me know guys!
