I would pull it back apart and check your connections. Also if you have a volt/ohm meter you can check the connections that way.If still no luck with the switches(same problem with my moms camry) to get your window back up just pull the door panel and use a battery or some sort of 12v source(I had a 12v power supply) and connect it to the window motor and it will go up or down depending how you hook up the power.

I tried checking power...only got juice on door lock..Pannel is out, should door lock on passenger side work? (because it doesn't) and as I said before the panel doesn't work anything now, should I still be able to work other windows with their individual window button? (because I cannot do that either)
Where is the circuit breaker in 91 4runner? can't find it.

As far as circut breaker i dont know of one but did you check the fuses in the kick panel area by your feet on the left side. Also if i remember correctly when that master switch panel goes out so do the other switches in the door.

If this helps anyone, my passanger rear window switch went out a while ago and by disassembling it, I found out that somewhere along the line, a short occured because I found black residue on the switch contacts in the guts of the switch.
After some cleaning, it worked like new. You just have to be very careful taking it apart because if you break the switch, you won't be able to put it together. Don't ask me how I know.
