they will probably fit. BUT those tires dont look very new and those rims like roorrunner said probably look like garbage in person.

I think a new set of BFG AT's can be had for around $600 new from tire rack

It depends on if his truck came with 15 or 16 stock.

is this a 99 4runner or tacoma?

My tacoma has 15" wheels on it..it also came with 225's on stock

im pretty sure all 4wd runners came with 16" wheels and have larger calipers than the tacomas since they weigh a few hundred pounds more

either should fit on those rims. and yeah, those are really run-of-the-mill wheels, but for good reason. very simple design so it can't NOT look good, and its cheap. hell of a lot better than those on ebay

Those look like American Racing Outlaw II's, which I had in 15x8 on my tacoma and really liked. They definately dont look good in 15x10 in that pic though, might just be the white letters on the tires or something

yep, same bolt pattern. I heard the hub rings were SLIGHTLY bigger on newer trucks that may not center exactly right and cause some vibration, but I have a buddy with 01+ TRD Tacoma/Tundra wheels on his 88 truck and they are fine.

You could alway's use a quarter inch spacer to alleviate caliper issues.

awesome thanks. now i will dig them out of the garage and slap them on the 4runner. and if i am lucky, it will pass recon, then safety, then i can get it off this damned island to one that doesn't suck
