Not completely, no... If you want a clean gauge cluster swap, it has to involve a new cluster from a donor vehicle with the same number of cylinders as your recipient vehicle. There are other factors, too...
Suppose you give us a clearer idea of what vehicles / years / original cluster / etc.....

I have an 85 22r pickup and the guages i am looking at came out of a 87 v6 sr5 and i wanted to know if the guages will read the right rpms or not. thanks for the help. is there any where else i can buy 22r sr5 guages?

Other than monitoring recycling / junk yards, my best suggestion is to monitor eBay. There are Toyota truck / Taco clusters on there regularly.
