will a clutch purchased for a 3.0 fit the same for a 3.4?

i have searched and cannot find the answer directly. i bought a clutch kit and flywheel from marlin for my 91 3.0 but ended up selling it before i put it in an still have it lying around. i am wondering if it will work for my 99 taco that i just bought?
i was told by marlin that my 3.0 tranny would bolt up to a 3.4 but only with a new bell. so i would assume that the clutch would fit be need to make sure first. any advise will help

Clutches fit the flywheel/motor, throwout bearing fits the tranny.

Toyota Parts Catalog Shows Different Part Numbers For 3.0 And 3.4 Disc And Cover, so I would Guess No.

Your r150 will bolt up to the 3.4 because that's what have since I did the 3.4 swap. The clutch may not work with the 3.0 flywheel and vice versa but someone told me once that the heavier duty clutches that TRD used to sell for the 3.0 were just the 3.4 clutch and flywheel assemblies and designed to handle more power via surface area contact. Im sure someone on here can can confirm or shoot that down. My feeling is that it will work though...
