Are these spacers homemade?

That looks like a very dangerous idea. The strut needs to rest in the cup to provide lateral support, those bolts could shear and leave you in a very bad position. Hopefully no one makes those.

They were on the truck when I bought it.
I just recieved my new revtek lift on wednesday, so those things will be gone on saturday.

About what? What's on there now is a horrible idea - I've never seen anything like that before, I'd guess homebrew. You're fixing it correctly with the Revtek.
