Where to tap for gauges?

Im doing a gauge install in My 4Runner and my uncle's 98 Tacoma

In mine Im gonna do Defi BF Gauges, EGT, Oil Pressure, and Fuel Pressure. Where should I tap for the gauges? Which exhaust runner should I put the EGT gauge in? WHere should I tap fot the Oil and Fuel Pressure?

In my uncle's Im doing Autometer gauges, EGT, Oil Pres, Fuel Pres. Where should I tap for the gauges? Which exhaust runner should I put the EGT gauge in? WHere should I tap fot the Oil and Fuel Pressure?

Should they be the same? Theyre both 3.4L (5VZ-FE?).

He has Downey headers going in, I have TRD Headers going in, if tha tmakes a difference

I know it doesn't necessarly pertain to the 3.4L, but on my Celica, it is recommended to tap between #2 & #3 runners because they run the hottest...

Gangus,

Read the instruction sheets, my man! It's all there and its very clearly articulated. If you dont have them, you can download the pdf instruction sheets from the Autometer website. Also, if you dont know which wires to tap, try www.the12volt.com 's wiring reference database/engine

also, check out gadget's gauge webpage

Quick question. What is the maximum fuel pressure in the 3.4L? Should I get the 15PSI Gauge or the 100PSI gauge?
