Where do you guys get your aftermarket wheels?
Hey Gang,
I'm a long time lurker (not too long) and a new poster. I wanted to drop in and say hello and poke around for some info.
My wife has finally given me the green light to start looking for some "bolt on" parts for her 2002 Sport Edition 4 Runner. It's 2wd and NEVER sees any off road action. (Unless you count her driving onto our front lawn...)
She prefer's TRD wheels and something in a thin-ish 5 or 6 spoke wheel. Polished or aluminum is ok but she's not crazy about chrome.
Also, While I'm at it, I hate this thing. It's so underpowered it's painful to drive it. If I could pump some life into it I think it'd be a fantastic vehicle. Any suggestions as to get some more power out of it?
I'm open to turbo and S/C info since I'm putting a TT setup on my Cobra.
Thanks in advance guys,
Alan

come on now, its not a speed demon or anything, but its not slow.
you can add a trd supercharger (do a search) which will boost it over/around 260 HP.
as far as wheels go, also take a look at sequoia / tundra wheels.
