OMG Gene!! Good to hear everybody is ok at least. The damage doesn't look too bad, does everything still work, like the door and windshield? How's the engine, did it start up? Was it hydrolocked from the oil?

Thanks for all the well wishes! I'm SO glad no one was injured. It reminds me of the responsibility we all take on when we invite someone to ride shotgun. I would have never forgiven myself if something would have happened to my buddy Frank! He almost shat himself, but he’s okay! Heh-heh!

Now for the real words: The recovery was handled by professionals. I don’t know of any other way to put it. There is no one in the world that I would rather have there to help me through such an even as Rob. His leadership, experience and cool nature ensured that things went as smooth as possible. It could have been a lot worse; the recover could have done more damage, but of course, Rob was thinking about that too.

I offer a deep, humble, thankful bow to Rob, Chris and Frank for their assistance.

And as for Dread, well, she’ll be carrying some scars for a while, but it only adds character! Does insurance cover off-road flops? Heh-heh!

Glad to here all is well and everyone is ok. I don't mean to poke fun at y'all because I know how bad it would suck to flip my yota. But, is it just coincidence that the front tag on the taco says "Dread" I know that it has a meaning but I bet now it says a lot about how Gene was feeling. Once again I am so glad to here that everyone is ok.

Try it now. I put a period at the end of the sentence and for one reason or another the YotaTech parser decided to include it in the link instead of where I put it.

The tweaking is mine, but I think Frank, Gene's rider, may have actually taken it. Being his first time off road, he wasn't going to be much use in the recovery so I asked him to play photographer for a while I am glad he did such a good job with the photos, the rest of us were too busy so we would have come away with nothing but a good story without him

It's insane how much a wheelbase difference can effect that hillclimb. I remember trying that hill for like 20 minutes the first time w/out a foreseeable roll-over.

Gene, well, if karma has it's way (on your recent events)...you'll have one huuuuuge payback coming. (good luck dude.)
