I have a good '94 V6 Transfer Case you can have for the cost of shipping from St. Louis. My truck has a manual transmission, but I am keeping the transmission. I adapted the tranny to a transfer case from a '99 4Runner to give me a driver's side front output for my unimog axle. Also slipped a marlin taco box loaded with 4.70's in there. Want my x=case? Price is right= FREE!!!!

Look at your local junkyards, you should be able to pick up an auto tranny/transfer case for you rig for just a few hundred dollars or less. Where are you located?

Wholesale book minus cost of repairs is a good guideline as no one will pay much for something not running.
Where are you located? What are the miles on it?
What has gone wrong with it to make you want out of it? Normally these are good trucks, sorry to hear yours is a pos.

My friend needs an auto for his '94. Just a used tranny is between $900-1600 around here. I can see why you don't want to put the money into it. We've been looking for 8 months for a cheap one. Good luck

Before you sell your Runner, you may want to check car-part.com. Here in the northwest there are quite a few A340H trans with transfercase. I know because I just checked the other day for my 94. If I remember right, you looking at around 850 to 1000. There were some low mileage (75k for a 94) ones also.
