What do you think about this lift?

For some reason the spacers don't require you to compress your springs, they just fit on top. What are your opinions?

if you're going to go for a lift, i'd recommend something that isn't called an "e-z lift" ... seriously, the suspension is a serious component to your truck and i'd rather compress the coils a million times to put the spacers in than to use something i've never heard of that may or may not be trustworthy (as far as strength/reliability/design/etc.) merely for convenience ...

i dunno. maybe i'm the only one who has never heard of that lift though.

...and so everyone can see a picture here in case they don't want to click the link:

Advertisement says that it doesn't need spring compressors to install. Looks like it fits between the stock coilover and upper shock mount.

it fits above the strut and below the strut tower... i have seen this done on several trucks, its actually quite common. it will not increase your wheel travel, however it will allow use of larger tires

not to depict bany brand names, but you can probably figure out the colors there is the strut in yellow with the blue coil... the black U is the strut tower... the red is the spacer

Jim, I'm blown away with your skillful rendition of a damn hard to draw vehicle component.

Bravo!
