The Inlet/Outlet should be 2.5" since you stock piping is 2 1/4". 88101 sounds right, its the 14" chamber with the 2.5" ins and outs.

I just removed my Magnaflow muffler and installed a brand new Toyota exhaust system. The stock pipes are 2 3/8" OD and 2 1/4" ID. I measured in many places to confirm this. The tailpipe is then expanded slightly larger in diameter at the very end for the last 4 inches. The stock tailpipe section after the muffler actually costs more than the center pipe and muffler section because it's actually mandrel bent.

My Magnaflow (as well as the stock muffler) is center/offset. The inlet is centered, and the outlet is offset. It is best to choose a muffler that that has an inlet and outlet that slips over the stock piping (that would be an inlet with 2 3/8" ID). Check to make sure the ID of the muffler is the correct size to match your pipes as well.
