sounds like you're in over your head. there's no kit to do it, only parts that are helpful. may i suggest a 5.0HO out of an explorer or mustang, easier to fit in since the distributor is in the front

a much better swap would be to put in a big six like a gm 4.3, they're just as cheap as any v8 and better suited to a toyota

There aren't any "kits" to do this, just individual pieces. You'll need:
  • Engine (only small-block Chevs and Fords have any support)
  • TH350, C4, SM465, SM420, or NV4500 tranny
  • transfer case adapter or custom crossmember for non-Toyota t-case
  • motor mounts - Advance Adapters
  • radiator - AA or Griffin
  • Wiring harness and ECU for engine (and tranny) - if necessary
  • Small stuff:
    • Carb/EFI linkage
    • belts
    • hoses
    • trans shifter
    • alternator and/or power steering bracketry
    • power steering hoses
    • exhaust
    • fuel lines
This is by no means a complete shopping list.
