Upgrade master cylinder after rear disc conversion?

Hi All:

I did the Tundra brake upgrade a few years ago (199 calipers) and really like the improvement it gave. But I'm still not satisfied with the braking performance of the truck vs. other vehicles that I've driven.

The brakes suck even worse backing down steep obstacles or trails (since the incredibly lousy drums are doing the grunt work).

With the 500lbs of winch, armour and larger tires that I have on it, I need more braking power.

I'm considering doing the FROR rear disc/full floater conversion but I also want to shorten my pedal travel and put in a larger diameter MC.

So my first question is: which larger MC/booster combinations will work in the 3rd gen runner to provide a performance upgrade?

Second question is: is it worth going to the tundra 231 calipers to replace my 199s? Will they clear my Procomp 4" backspaced 16x8 alloys?

I put the 199s in when I had stock wheels, but I'd be keen to put the bigger calipers in now that I have aftermarket wheels that might clear.

I'll be ditching the crappy early ABS while I'm at it and installing a proportioning valve to prevent permature rear lockup.

I installed 231mm calipers & new Toyota rotors/pads/shims and am very, very pleased with the significant braking improvement (see link in my signature).

That said, I'd love to ditch the rear drums and install a proper disc brake setup (with an emphasis on proper).

I've found that touching up the rear drum adjustment every time I rotate the tires keeps the brakes feeling normal.
