I gotta give "mad props" to the slammed Honda crowd!

Bob.. I see what you did not let on.. The "R" is a fake.. You Posur!! You did not get 50hp from that cap.. Your 50hp is all recieved from the yellow teflon tape used, If you were not such a posur and paid the big money for a real type R breather (which, only were avaiable on the Hilux-Surf you would of been able to net about 125hp gain not the 50 repoterd for the useage of the yellow tape alone..

Steve,
Easy stuff---you joker! Yeah, I guess that's why your truck is equipped with all that suspension for the shopping malls
Hey I hear you might be coming to the Pismo trip. True? That would be great if you could make it. I'll make you one killer shish kebab, Korean style.

No, no, no. You are all wrong!
The longer tube allowed the differential to breathe better. This allows the axle to absorb more oxygen to produce more tefloglobin. Kinda like humans with hemoglobin.
To prove this, I will take my 4Runner from 5,000+ feet to sea level. It will most deffinately run better because of the higher amounts of tefloglobin.
The principal is similar to athletes coming to Colorado for altitude training. They build up their system on thin air and return to the thicker air and, thus, achieve better performance.

Looks like Fresno is about 180 miles from the Bay Area, and around 220 from LA. Unfortunately I doubt I could make that during the week. I'm not familiar with that area, so I don't even know if there's anything around there!

GOOD LAWD!! Bob, that mod is INSANE!!! Are those REAL type "R" breathers??? The one's w/ the SOLID GOLD thingamaflanges suspended in 90 weight? I've been searching for those for about 4 months!!
I'm working on a engine swap using 2 of those (in tandem) for power. One on each diff., w/ a "tee" and fuel line connecting the 2 breathers. I'm expecting around 250 REAL HP. The best part is....... IT WONT USE ANY GAS!!! Thats right! The 2 type "R" breathers will be the only source of power, I'm $h!& canning the 3.0L.
This is gonna be sweet!

Prolax,
I got this tip from the Honda guys who use the differential breather to allow their rotary differentials to breathe easier. I first asked him about the Mugen stuff (Mugen Power!) but he said their stuff was junk. Their claimed horsepower gains were around 40 RWHP but I got about 50---I'm going to dyno this on the weekend.
Tom (Mertztr) and I are working on becoming exclusive Southern California and Northern California dealers. Are you interested? Maybe we can put together a group buy.
What do you guys think?
Bob
