TRDOLMAN's Dyno Day

Went back to the dyno today for a couple of runs.

Dyno with 2.0" pulley: 275.1 RWHP @ 313.7 ft lbs of torque

Dyno with 2.2" pulley: 267.2 RWHP @ 290.2 ft lbs of torque

Run sheets are in the webshots link in my gallery.
What do you guys think about those numbers for a 4X4 auto?

Impressive to say the least. I've been following your progress over on TTORA also. Keep up the good work.

Thanks. Aquamist works great. What plugs did you put in after your S/C install? Sounds like you had stockers put in. If so, I think you would do better with Denso iridiums.
I use IK20's gapped at .032. Those are one step colder than stock. They are single electrode plugs BTW. If you want 2 steps colder, use the iridium IK22's. URD recommends the 22's with their fuel kit gapped at .043.

Regarding plugs... eBay's a gold mine for pricing...

Set of 6 IK20's for $45 (+ $7.96 shipping)

Set of 6 IK22's for $60 (+ $6.96 shipping)

Gadget's at $72 + ($7 shipping) for IK22's

Awesome!

Thanks guys! They are the stockers... (dumbass ) but what is the consensus on the single electrode? Why did toyota say use double? You guys think the two step colder plugs would be a bit much for stock boost?

Dave, that custom aquamist tank looks fantastic.

Tranny valve body was modified by IPT when truck had 2600 miles on it. Burns rubber in second gear no prob. Valve body mod takes the slip out of these trannys and it makes them damn near bullet proof.

I made it myself. Thanks. I gave URD the rights to the tank and they are going to produce and sell them.

Cool, you should take it up to Infineon sometime and get a 1/4 mile time. Should be a blast beating some cars with a Taco. Unless you already have done it, would love to see the timeslip. Should be mighty impressive with that kind of power.
