transfer case
i was trying to replace a transfer case in a 1999 v6 tacoma what should i look for when trying to purchase the right one. there r lots of different options the truck is a 99 v6 sr5 automatic with manual locking hubs and which ones will interchange can i use a transfer case with the diff lock option even if i dont have one or can i use one with auto disconnecting diff (which i assume means auto hubs?) even if i have manual hubs please help i need to get this transfer case asap!!!!

ADD and diff lock options have nothing to do with transfercase operation.
Just make sure to get one from the same engine and transmission as yours. You'll need a J shift case not a push button case.

i didn't think it mattered but seeing as they had different listings for trasfer cases with diff lock and ones without both being v6 and both being auto trans i wasn't sure if one had a sensor or something that the other didn't are u sure they r all the same
