I have seen several of you guys with two hooks/shackels that go in your trailer hitches that are painted red. Where can I get one of these and what exactly is it?

My dad has a big shackle that has a treaded pin that goes through one side and then threads into another but I'm not sure that would fit into the holes that are pre-drilled into the hitch for the hitch pin...

I got mine from the group buy a loong time ago from off-road recovery.

Mine's painted all black cuz I was too cheap to buy a diff color paint
