Trail-gear sliders

Im about to order the trail gear sliders that WABFAB supplies and i was just curious to what has worked out for people better, the 60" or the 58". I know that the 58" is recommended for the 96-on 4runners but will the 60" work also??

It all depends what your looking for as far as style and strength. 4Xinnovations has 66" models available.

i just want some confidence that the 60" will work because i would rather order them since they come with the gusset mounts, whereas the 58" don't. you have to order them seperately.

For a 3rd gen 4Runner it depends on your flares...generally you want the 66" sliders but the shorter ones work.

I'm running the 58" sliders on my 3rd gen runner, I have the limited flares though, didn't have much room for the 60's. But they still worked out great, haven't had any problems

On all slider choices it is best to get a tape measure and measure your own wheel well to wheel well distance to see what you can fit and make your choice that way if in doubt.

I have the 58" sliders from trail-gear and have had no problems with it. I also have the gussets installed. Here is what it looks like with bushwacker flares installed.
