Toytec 3" lift
Well, I finally pulled the trigger. After 240k miles of a stock suspension (and sagging rear suspension) I switched.
Toytec Ultimate 3" lift
Konig Countersteer Type X Gunmetal aluminum wheels (17")
and huge Goodyear Wrangler DuraTracs (285/70/17).
First impressions... the ride is very nice. Much better than stock. The wheels do have some loud road noise but I was caught in traffic coming home and hit 60mph for about 10 seconds in the entire trip so let me get back to you on that.
It looks great. Wheels stick out a little beyond the wheel wells but I like it. Considering removing the floor boards (but my gal rides a lot with me and I think she'll need them to get in, especially with the extra 3"s in height).
I planned on switching out everything myself but had a real hard time just trying to reach the rear shock mount (the top part). Couldn't even hit it with Liquid Wrench as I did on everything else. Had my mechanic with a nice lift and air tools tackle it.
I have before pictures. I will take after picts Wed and post all at once.
Side note - I have ceramic break pads. Yeah, the ones with a lifetime warranty. Well, took off the front tires and one pad was gone. I mean nothing left at all. Damn good timing doing this switch.

The Toytec ultimate was $1100-1200. That included the diff drop kit (just done spacers really). But I also switched out the rims and tires so that's another chunk of change.

Did you do a panhard bar drop or go with adjustable? I remember kicking these options back and forth for a while when I was looking at lifting mine... and I still haven't (vomp).

Neither. Only other thing was the Differential drop.
Also, I'm finding a little rubbing on the driver's front tire against the mud flap. Need to do a little trimming, but not much.
