http://www.obd-codes.com/trouble_cod...gen-sensor.php

I took my MAF sensor off and cleaned it with carberutor cleaner. I also changed my plugs and my fuel filter, PCV valve and I still get a check engine light.

The MAF sensor reads: 27k ohm @ room temp.

The book says it should read: 2-3k ohm@ room temp.

My information comes from the Haynes Manual. Could the 27K be ok or should I replace it?

Well if its out by 26k, I'd go ahead and change it. Don't cheap out on parts, get an OEM MAF. If it doesn't fix it, you can always just return it.
